Great Professional Customer Service

Hi all. I got in touch with K N Transmission due to having trouble with an M32 gearbox on a Vauxhall Insignia. I dealt with Keith who took me and the car out for a road test so he could listen to the noises coming from the box which i was trying to explain over the phone. He showed great professional customer service whilst dealing with me. I left the car with him. He diagnosed the faults. He kept me informed every step of the way. The Quote i received was the price i paid no add ons. Got the car back with all the faults fixed after a couple of days. I would really recommend K N Transmission to anybody having problems with a gearbox. I would definitely use them again and would let family and friends know about them. Tighter And Smoother

I contacted Keith at KN Transmissions following a lot of good feedback about his work from friends. The job was pretty straight forward, to fully rebuild a Cosworth T5 gearbox, but unfortunately the parts are quite scarce these days. Keith still managed to source bits and bobs from all over and rebuilt the box in good time. Since refitting the box feels tighter and smoother in gear change, with no crunching or whining for the first time in 10 years. One very happy customer! Easily accessible in Preston too, prices are more than fair and a he's a very nice chap to talk to. THANKS KEITH!!!
